By using ExtraTime.pro ("the Service") and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
ExtraTime.pro sends team-related text messages including schedules, reminders, cancellations, and other team updates on behalf of coaches to parents and guardians who have explicitly consented to receive them.
You must explicitly consent to receive text messages by visiting the secure consent link provided in your invitation email and checking the agreement box. Your coach cannot subscribe you to text messages on your behalf. When you opt in, we record the timestamp and method of your consent.
Message frequency varies based on your team's schedule and activity. You may receive multiple messages per week during active seasons.
Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. ExtraTime.pro is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

Upon opt-out, you will no longer receive text messages from ExtraTime.pro for your team. You may continue to receive email updates unless you separately unsubscribe from emails.
Reply HELP to any text message for support. For additional assistance, contact your team's coach or email support@extratime.pro.
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian permission to opt in to text message communications. Coaches are responsible for entering accurate contact information for parents and guardians.
ExtraTime.pro provides the Service on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for missed, delayed, or undelivered messages. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
