ExtraTime.pro ("we", "us", or "our") is a team communication platform that allows coaches to send schedules, reminders, and updates to parents and guardians via email and text message. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

Coaches create and manage contact records for parents and guardians associated with their teams. The information stored may include:

• Name — to personalize communications.
• Email address — to send weekly team updates and notifications.
• Mobile phone number — to send text message updates, only after explicit consent is granted.

We do not require parents or guardians to create an ExtraTime account. Your contact information is entered and maintained by your team's coach.

SMS Text Messaging

If your coach has added your mobile number, you will receive an email invitation asking whether you would like to opt in to text message updates. You must explicitly consent by visiting the secure consent link and checking the agreement box before any text messages are sent to you.

When you opt in, we record:

• The date and time of your consent.
• The method of consent (web opt-in form).

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message, or by using the opt-out link provided on the consent page. Upon opt-out, we will record the opt-out timestamp and cease sending further text messages to your number.

How We Use Your Information

• To deliver team schedules, reminders, cancellations, and other team-related communications.
• To maintain records of your communication preferences and consent status.
• To comply with carrier and regulatory requirements for SMS messaging.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share data with third-party service providers (such as email and SMS delivery providers) solely for the purpose of delivering communications on our behalf. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.

Data Retention

Your contact information and consent records are retained for as long as you are an active contact on a team. If your coach removes your contact record, your data is deleted from our system.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting your team's coach. You may also opt out of email or SMS communications at any time using the unsubscribe or opt-out mechanisms provided.
